Adventure starts at the scout hut.

Scouts is where young people make new friends, have amazing adventures, and learn new skills. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. But, we also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.

Every week Scouts give almost half a million 4-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

Founded in 1968, 14th Applemore Scout Group has been bringing adventure, fun, and life skills to young people across our local community for decades. From weekly meetings and outdoor adventures to campfires and community events, we play an active role in local life and continue to do so today.
